Just how much money dose John Kear have to spend on the salary cap I would bet we are in the bottom 3 clubs

I am no fan of Ted Richardson and his hangers on but who else do we have who else would take Wakefield Trinity on and spend the full salary cap????

I have long since thought of my self as a "rose tinted" fan, but this season has done my head in, and to be honest its starting to open my eyes that 1 or 2 on here are merely here to not see whats really going on, some i know are either friends or relatives of players and i respect that in their position I would defend my mates, but for gods sake, surely no one can say what we are seeing for the last 3 months is acceptable to fans of a club who are forward thinking?

OK - I'll bite.

What is to say that people who 'do good' for the club can't / don't have their own opinions. Who is to say that we agree with everything the club does? Who is to say that we feel John is, or isn't, the best man for the job?

The fact is that every fan has an opinion - but that some choose to keep schtum at times - if they beleive that that is best for the club.

WiSCA - as the official supporters club, has a responsibility to support the club - they work with them FFS.

Now here is my challenge to you. Do something / say something / write something that makes our club better in any small way at all - in fact, show me anything that you have done / said / written that has helped the club become better in any way, shape or form - thought not!

Similar to Cas and though I hate saying it, they are turning in better performances than us at the moment.

Kear has done a good job in the past but his time is up - his position is untenable and I can't believe people can't see it. He was on his way to France and everyone in the club knows it, so whilst the players are professionals, I can understand why he has lost their respect - his continued presence in my opinion is now killing the club - but we lost the chance to get rid and start afresh and are now stuck with him

i have supported this club for 35 seasons and that question comes up far too often

ok TRB resoect what you do....but you also posted a rant on another thred saying what you are seeing is unacceptable, now if your in a resturant and the foods crap you dont compliment the chef, and you dont go back, and you pprobably get a bit narked if someone on the next table is going oooh mines yummy only to find they own the damn place.

I'm a do gooder of that there is no doubt but untill you can name me someone to take over i don't see any value it removing him, its all well and good saying "get rid" but who will coach them untill the season end at best.

you see at least your honest, i know you work hard for the club, and i know you think all this this season is pigging us all off. Every sod on here would do something if they could to help but i dont see what we gain by pretending alls well becuase it isnt.

Surely the question should be could someone else do any worse then what we are seeing at present? IMO the answer is NO.

The easy thing IMO is to do nothing and let the current situation continue unchecked and lose more floating supporters and put off any prospective new ones.

I am sure that there are coaches out there who would welcome the chance of 18 months coaching a SL side in a "No Lose" situation.

That's because what I see is unacceptable - but the fact that I try and support the club doesn't mean that I don't berate them when I speak to them - is that really too difficult to understand?

Understand this - I get nothing, nil, zilch, nada for everything I do / have done for the club. So why the chuff I do it when all I get is a crappy afternoon at BV and then slagged off on here for having had the temerity to stand up and at least try and help I have absolutely no idea.

In fact - there could well be a vacancy appearing around here - let someone else have a turn of this fun!
