Time to go for me. I appreciate all the work Kear has done but at some point you have to say enough is enough and i'm afraid that time is now. He's had a hard couple of season, but i'm sorry to say the players don't want to play for him anymore and the fans aren't prepared to pay to watch this drivel.

What suprises me is people still defend him and say theres nobody better even after consistently bad performances with the odd win here and there usually as a result of the opposition being really bad rather than us being good. Oh and the Rugby is pee poor.

As I said on another thread, on paper our squad is no worse than Cas, yet they seem to be building momentum for the play offs again and we are going backwards.

At this rate if it is down to us or Cas to be kicked out, we are making the decision easy.

The players we are being linked with for next year are either unproven at this level or not good enough and I don't buy this uncertainty over the franchise place - Salford managed to offer Holdwsworth a new 3 year deal and are supposed to have offered Ryan a 2 year deal, so either they know something we don't or its just another smoke screen from the club in the hope we accept mediocrity.

We can never forget what JK did for the club and we never should but JK is sinking fast now and this is what has happened at all his previous clubs. When things go wrong he simply does not have what it takes to turn things around. We are going from bad to worse and the decline is there for all to see. 2 wins in 12 tells its own story.

Sorry to say it but I think it is time for change, not just in the coaching ranks but also in the playing dept too.

Fair point, but they don't score well in a number of other areas (based on previous criteria). To all intents and purposes we and Cas are looking to have construction of a new ground under way and if they both go ahead (which I acknowledge is at this stage a big IF), then that IMO would put us both ahead of Salford.

Consequently, there must have been clauses in the contracts of Holdsworth and the offer to Ryan about a release if no new franchise.

Whoever is going to replace the outbound team is going to need some players and the obvious starting place is the better players of the club going out. So not too big a gamble for a player to sign for us backing themselves to get a contract elsewhere if we don't get a franchise

Stuck up for Kear all the way but I'm sick and tired of watching a scoot from dummy half and JD dropping ball after ball. £20 wasted time and time again and yes I did pay £20 today.

The players and can't get motivated by Kear or a captain who is out of contract.

No, but I've seen us. We were bad a few weeks ago. It's amazing what a few wins do. Teams play in peaks and troughs. It's just one of those things.

Like I said, Kear has a knack of masterminding victories over Castleford - if you win that, that will change the whole situation once more. The season is not over yet.

was a grt win for our lads today but think kear made huge mistake takin in cooki for reasons that he had wen coach at hull why did morgan drop and let cooki go. kear thought he cud make him into wat he was at hull no chance, do think kear a gud coach but think he was banking on sunning himself in france..

I like a few other fans would like to see Willie Poching take the reins and introduce some fresh impetus into the side.

I just can't honestly see what they're doing during the week at training anymore . At one stage we had 3 sets on their line but never looked like scoring .
No season ticket for us next year .

I have been a season ticket holder for over 15 years but I am seriously considering not bothering next year.
As you say offers every week these days plus time and time again the team roll over for the opposition, so for both those reasons a season ticket is not good value at the moment ....

Prob miss 2/3 games a season due to work, time of game, birthdays/weddings etc..

JK should definatley STAY. Fickle fans seem to forget that we have not even had a bad season - weve had half a bad season as our form was good at the start when we had Tronc (jk signed) Brough (jk signed) Millard (JK signed) all playing and doing a grand job.

The irony is, 2 weeks ago he didnt go to Catalans as they wouldnt pay the remainder of his contract and i imagine we wont get rid as we wont want to pay the remainder of his contract.
