The thing is most on here are passionate supporters, and hurting that our club is in this relegation mire.
Some of the players are either not as passionate as the supporters, or they are simply not good enough; it's one of the two, and we passionate supporters can do nothing about it, except turn up as we have, and support them on the day.
I have to say I am giving up because I simply cannot see where the next win is coming from.

We are basically rubbish on the field, no coaching idea of what to do or get the best out of them and a club that appears to be in denial of what we are facing and by default they cannot imagine the effect it will have on supporter numbers.

I know how you feel, and it's sad but, you just cannot give in now. Imagine 6 or 7k trinity fans turning up to get behind your team until the end of the season. Make yourself loud and proud, you never know, it just might come off. Look what happened to Leigh last year when we were already down, and we all turned up. We actually played you guys and got a good result. Like i've already said.....Don't give up.

Problem is we’ve turned up in big numbers for some big games this year but the team still have put in a turgid performance.

Yes I think mostly the fans have turned up especially in the current climate with recent performances.

Reading twitter tonight EW had a spat too, it seems with Kirmo.

He shouldn't have said that to Kirmo, but Kirmo was way off the mark there with his comment too. He has threatened to take it further.

I noticed Kirmo having a dig a EW's usual snidey comments on RWB Facebook but didn't see owt on twitter. EW really is the archetypal disgruntled ex-employee though.

I recall a conversation he had with his late father he had in a pub we were drinking in, in Outwood, back in 2013, following watching MW, I think it was in The Woodman. His dad Dad coached me in the 70,'s, and we often had a pint and a catch up.

He had been offered his old job back, what he had previously been working at, in Malta, within the maritime sector and he was quandering over it. It was a no brainer really, and he left for that reason.

He's not disgruntled at all. I feel, as I saw him prior to the Wigan game. If a anything, he's fed up with where we're at, like we all are, and wishing he could do more to help.

He's back in maritime security now, as an Operations Manager, or something, but did say they're growing and would love to assist if they could sponsorship wise. They also have another business going too, I believe, which His wife runs.

He really has moved on.

Maybe a bit of advice to him, as an older, maybe nor so wiser friend, is he needs to come off social media for a while.

Not sure who EW is, or what role he had with the club.

I've seen the tweet, and legal proceedings have been threatened.

Either way, could be bad for us, or the individual.

Either way, we keep all letters of resignation and I'll be doing my damdesst to get to the bottom of this, one way or another.

How will it be bad for the club? Regardless of who started the spat, Kirmond has no current links to the club and was responding to a snide remark about his personal fitness during his spell here. A totally unnecessary and cheap shot.

It was a cheap shot, but I've seen worse in my time here. His initial remark was regarding a poor second half.

Nothing really in it to be fair, two people lashing out, who both care. Tit for tat.

I have done a bit of digging, yes he did work here, but was definitely NOT sacked. He left under his own will, and handed in a letter of notice.

Danny does need to be more careful there though, as It could be classed as deformation.

As far as I am concerned, the matter is closed, and suggest that these two put it behind them and move on.

Sorry mate but, blaming Chester is wrong regarding your current form. Chezzy has gone so let that go. I understand how disgruntled you are but, for me, you need to get behind your club at least until the end of the season and urge them on, (You're not down yet). I know here he's coming from, Chester did make some bad signings, but he isn't to blame for our 'style' of play recently or the attitude of some of the players.
You're right, mathematically we are not down, but our revival would have to be on the scale of when John Kear pulled us back from the brink years ago and sadly, we don't have a John Kear this time.

I think now is the time you see whether Carter is actually serious about this club or if he actually wants out. If you do go down I honestly cannot see you coming back up and you will end up like Bradford.
Getting in players at this point is too late. It should have been done weeks ago and anyway the deadline is this week. Even if you had the cap space it would be a waste of money.
You need to get someone in to help Poching. Some fresh ideas and a fresh approach will help lift the squad at least. The players showed at the beginning of this year and the end of last what they CAN do. You need someone to remind them of that and bring it out of them.
Poching has spent his career as a cone placer and drill overseer he’s way out of his depth and hasn’t the skills to get you out of this- Carter should put his hand in his pocket and get someone in if he’s serious about the club remaining in SL- if he doesn’t…. Well you have to hope another club slips up / helps you out.

There's been some pretty bad performances, Leeds first half at home, Leeds away, Cas Good Friday was terrible, and a few more, but being kind, i suppose there were some mitigating circumstances for those games. The worst and most unforgiveable one, obviously because of the final score, was Salford away. We had just won 2, ok not great performances, but at least we showed some fight and bottle, especially against Hull coming back like we did, then to go to Salford and to 'play' like we did was unforgiveable and bordering on unprofessional. Unless we were fielding a team of kids which we weren't, to concede 74 points is just criminal. Also, how could 'dropping' Evans & Walker from magic ever be justified?! They were arguably our best 2 along with Whitbread, and we seem to have coaches who don't reward certain players with continuity of selection, which doesn't bode well for togetherness in the camp me thinks.......

One thing, I won’t accept, however, is the snide digs at me, on the likes of here, Facebook and Twitter, making me out to be the scapegoat for our financial problems back in 2012 and 2013. It was nearly 10 years ago, and barely holds any relevance now. I also wasn’t the ones in the boardroom, making decisions, such as slashing season tickets and outsourcing catering etc

As much as it pains me to agree with a Giants fan this post is 100% correct and anyone who disagrees is deluded.

Yes it's a fair assessment of the situation ,but realistically what can be done and who if anybody would want the job.

Should have given it Anderson in the first place. No nonsense. Will get the defence sorted out, get the forwards working well, you won’t get anything fancy but you will get simple and effective. He will be able to put something in place quickly that will work with the players you have. It’s not champagne rugby but it wins games. And the players will respect him.
