She is, likely to be December but the Club and Trust may not be able to attend if advised not to do so by our Lawyers.

I fully appreciate the club and trust are in the midst of legalities but surely us fans need to contribute to this fight and we can use social media and political pressure.

Not sure about all of it being "flimflam", the council have highlighted a specific claim from the club -

=#0040BF"that there is a 'legally binding obligation for the Council to provide a 99 year lease at a peppercorn yearly rental to the Wakefield and District Community Trust' as there is no reference, at all, in the Unilateral Undertaking to this."

Maybe only someone from the Trust could clarify as to whether this is a factual statement or not?

Well in some way she has shown that, by removing any obligation for Newcold to be part of the trigger !

In fact it appears the reason they don't want trigger points, is because they don't want anything to trigger
the construction of a stadium.

It is Andrea and we are in touch with her office.

There was an obligation at the Public Inquiry for the Developer in return for planning gain to build a 12,000 capacity stadium and pass it to the Wakefield and District Community Trust on a 99 year lease for a peppercorn. The Trust was then to grant a 99 year underlease to the Club for a rent to be agreed between the Trust and the Club.

Everyone seemed happy with that deal at the time of the PI but apparently some are not happy with it anymore.
