Absolutely delighted tonight for EVERYONE at the club and the brilliant fans who braved the shocking traffic to get there.......what a performance!!

I knew this was coming....I knew it......all the grit we showed when not getting credit.....the experiments etc.....all paying off now....

Sounded like a cracking game with some real big hits notably some from Molloy, Smith, Moore and Scruton. The try from Sykes at the end seemed to fool everyone including Phil Veivers in the commentary box.

Take my hat off to Agar who I for one thought he'd got Sammut and Godinet in the wrong positions but it seems like we're going from strength to strength even without key players like Lauitiiti, Tautai and Collis.

Not at all we was robbed and heard Thaler is a Wakefield lad too. Biased from kickoff and worse referee seen.Hope you lot get relegated.Like me been ref in our away game and enough other appointments. Would you be happy if a Widnes man was in charge?

What could he possibly do to be biased from the kick off, the actual kick off?

I believe he is from Wakey, but I heard he’s a closet Leeds fan.

Come on folks everyone knows Thaler is a Wakefield fan....gives us everything from the 1st minute to last....shouts 'boo' real loud when opposition players are about to catch the ball so they drop it.....see the way he bought Jarrod's dummy at the end there and then allowed Sykesy to stroll through....played a blinder on that move to allow that winning try...

Lets not forget him giving Widnes that penalty near the end at 18-18....he knew that if he gave it in that exact position Tickle would miss....even though he had kicked a couple from the touchline earlier.....all part of the master plan ya see....

Buys a season ticket every year but can't make the majority of games as he's usually away doing something else......that now makes our success rate with him reffing 108%......

Shame someone feels so strongly they want to see us relegated after we beat them pretty fair.....both coaches seemed open and honest and saying similar things....close, scrappy game which maybe a draw would have been a fair result.....ah well....always liked Widnes aswell....

What an embarrassment this Widnes fan is. Even Widnes fans think they're too big to lose to Wakey and blame the ref. The Hull fans last week were pretty embarrassing but this guy surpasses them. Wakefield never beat anyone because they outplayed their opponent. It's always the other team had an off day or the ref was a cheat e.t.c Although, I agree with his opinion on Mathers

i was pointing out the fact that your poor excuse doesn't really hold much weight, seen as we also had some of our arguably better players missing (Ali, Tautai, Collis) and a few others. You lost....hard lines, but you'll get over it eventually
