I would imagine it is a standard H&S inspection for a venue like ours and the winter weather could easily have damaged enough of the concrete or roof area to call an issue on it.

It's not just ours that would have suffered damage. it's just more public and less likely to be covered by insurance.

I used to talk with a H/S guy when visited our works many years ago who did visits at Belle Vue, he told that steveo used to crap him self climbing the ladders to get on top of the prefabs to do the commentary's hence now the steps.

daft as it sounds the mods made could have to be change back to how it was, very rare do landlords not agree to alterations but you could be billed for removal as back to as it was
