Perhaps the 4 mysterious investors in the wings have given him some more information.

If he does know something, he'd do well to keep schtum; a compromise agreement almost always contains some clause around non-disclosure - if the club is perceived to have breached that, it could mean more trouble.

I've left 2 companies with a compromise agreement in place and there has never been a confidentiality clause within it,


I have also in the past parted company with several employees that left under a compromise agreement without confidentiality clauses

I done one and did have confidentiality clause.
I guess it depends on job and details of contract.

Whatever it depends on - are these 4 guys ever likely to turn up? They must have been waiting at least 20 years now for the right constellation of stars... William the Conqueror didn't wait that long to invade England.

Let's face it, whatever we want to achieve, we'll have to achieve on the back of the fans' efforts now. If someone does turn up in the meantime with a fat wad of cash and a dream to be fulfilled, so much the better. But waiting for the mythical 4 investors to part with their cash is like waiting for Christ to make another appearance and tell us where we all went wrong, i.e. it aint gonna happen.
