When did you last take a look at the quality of squad that Kear has at his disposal? The fact that we have won any games this year is a major + with what we have got.

The point is though that we are not giving ourselves much chance of winning any games because the game plan is very negative that we don't give ourselves much chance of scoring points, plus we don't do any of the basics right. The coaching staff seem incapable of addressing the issues.

Kear has repeatedly said we will get better as the season goes on, but we are getting worse. I think even if we had signed someone like Eastmond, Kear would coach the flair out of him.

It would have probably been a smaller squad for starters, Kear has been here more than 1 season guys.

My point is I don't think the way we are playing is purely down to the ability of the players we have. They are not being coached properly as the weekly continuance of the same problems occurs and the same negative tactics.

Whatever people say about Jeffries we had more attacking threat with him in the side, but Kear is happy to wave him off to Bradford when we are desperately lacking experience in the half backs.

People are moaning about the coaching but the coach doesn't coach players to drop the ball and that has been our main problem.

Whether we stay in SL or not we need a fresh set of coaching staff next season. I certainly wouldn't want Kear spending the full cap as it would be basically paying higher wages to players to play the same crap Rugby.

After the last two results it will be interesting to see what the crowd is against the Giants given they usually muller us and are likely to do so again next week based on the respective form of each team.

Kear cannot coach the basic skills of catching a ball and tackling. That is where the skill factor of our current squad has a problem.
