My long term invovlement with the club has been from the terraces only and as holder of £100 worth of shares for the last few years.

As for the amount of information I have - I simply asked questions to the club as a shareholder. I took the answers at face value as I had no evidence to suggest that I wasn't being told the truth. Even now, I know that the member of the BoD I spoke to didn't tell me any lies - but in light of what's been posted on this thread perhaps they weren't completely open with me either.

Because the sale contract was with Cala Homes & as things stand everything has been paid that has currently fallen due.

If Cala have passed ownership on & the club go into Administration before the contract is either fulfilled or an exit is negotiated then it will be up to the Administrator to sort out.

If we take as true that the person who started this thread has indeed seen the land register details and reported the details correctly then our contract is with Tillion. The fact that Tillion has reached some deal with Carla is just not important. Our contract is with Tillion. If our friend from Cas is winding us up then I pity him. Suggest someone gets a copy of the register and posts it on here. As you suggest RDM it may be that Carla are mentioned.

Not much really...........................except of course being the company who entered into the contract to buy BV from WTRLFC Ltd & paid us the best part of £2m before they changed their mind about wanting it anymore.

As WTRLFC Ltd would not have been able to raise the funds to buy the ground back any deals done by Tillion (or anyone else) are almost certainly going to have been done direct with Cala.
