Doubt it! I don't rate Scully as it is. He does one drive and maybe an offload then goes hiding. Wish he could play like he did for Cas but doubt he ever will

As for Broughy he is a cracking player but of late been poor.

Can't say either could turn round a near 50 point deficit, but certainly both are better players on paper than their replacements.

Two very winnable games coming up. We have got to win them, and then maybe this will have been just one of those bad periods that most teams have in a season. Blow the next two, and we have got real problems. We were slow and clueless in the second half.

As a team we have failed to defend positively for far too many seasons. I'm totally fed up with wactching our boys trot forward a couple of steps once the opposition have played the ball only to concede 10 or 15 metres because the other side are playing with PACE!

Too many players are able to get away with not playing well because they know that there's nobody fit enough to replace them.

Our captain doesn't seem to be capable of captaining his way out of a wet paper bag. He doesn't try to encourage the team after we've conceded a try (and it wasn't just today - he NEVER does it) and without the ball he just has his head down looking miserable.

The only player who came anywhere near justifying his wages this week was Sam Obst.

I dread to think how many points the Crusaders will put past us next week if the same effort is shown next week.

Forget the alleged indiscrestions of Brough & Sculthorpe (and whether they have/haven't apologised) - 16 of the 17 players on the pitch today owe all Wakefield fans a public apology for such a dire performance.

and that's why my little un has little sam on his back and wears it with pride ! i also think that rooney had a half decent game..how many times do you give 4 interceptions away? forwards tackling was poor and we should have made more of the possesion in the first half and turned it in to points. i will NOT have a go at individual players but big mistakes were made today down our right and i hope we can learn from it. congrats to the shudds because you were the better team today and FFS don't have a go at JK..we are a club with very little money and have to make do with what we have..
maybe danny b could have made a difference going forward and so would brad drew but we need some quality offensively !!
