Clarke played about half an hour at most as interchange hooker. Scored a try, knocked on twice. Played ok but immense is stretching it a bit. And he is in no way a halfback. Can we get away from players hookers in the halves please.

Jon Clarke is a hooker not a 7 or a 6 we do not want another hooker. As for Dureau he staying at catalan so just poked a hole in your so called logic.

with how many poor players we have in the team we need a lot of better players and the sqaud needs an overhaul. For me Clarke can cover a number of positions. Even though he may not be a specialist at some of the roles his ability is of better quality than what we have (even though some of these players are specialist in the positions they play. It's a knackering sport so i say get him for cover. We also have a lot of inexperienced players who can be helped on by someone like him. Would rather have him than fozzard.

Clarke can play second row/loose forward, aswell as hooker, so he could be worth a shout.

I would take John Clark think he's a good player and would deffo prefer him then tommy Lee as the second hooker!! He can play back row aswell, think he would be a good signing if we could get him!! Him or tommy Lee as they play same positions! John Clark all day!! Someone will say yeah but tommy Lee can play half back? No he can not he's not a half back at all!!

Jon Clarke at half back? Maybe we can keep Tommy Lee at half back too, then we'd have two hookers playing as half backs and everyone on the board can moan when we see no creativity from the half backs because they are hookers.
