Agree to an extent but tactics and team selection are down to JK and he has been getting both wrong for some considerable time now

he bought all these players apart from jd,hes the first to run on the pitch when things go right then we dont see him or he does his false finger tapping with the headphones on. we lose the three named players and replace themwith who.

Yes he has, i see where your coming from, but the team selection has been mixed due to changes throughout the season, unsettling the team.

However, over the last 5-6 games, the team is lacking on their fitness. We seem to be playing 60 minutes, then slacking off for the last 20... Which IMO is the key reason why we are loosing...A few players could do with a rest and give the younger lads a go like we did at the begining of the season.

Part of the tiredness problem is likely to be a by product of the team selections - ie too lightweight a bench and rotation (Davey only played the last 20 last week which means more work for everyone else). Points conceded over the 80, again from all the positional changes needed to accommodate the sub.

jist tell us who would you have replaced them with at this stage of the season? go on who?

no one and it wont happen, if it does, until the end of the season as it would cost money.

lets see paul mcshane a hooker from leeds now in first team who went to hull on loan. oh i know wel get kieron hyde and not play him, and fat charlie to last 2 mins when weve lads in acadamy not forgetting gledhill. theres plenty more 2nd or3rd or 4th rate aussies to go for they would fit in with the rest of our imports.

gledhill is injured and i thought charlie went ok. he didn't look fat to me. far from it and we wouldn't need the 3rd rate aussies if our guys were good enough and i suppose when hyde earns his place like everyone else he will get his chance and good luck to him. kear has a better record than most of bringing the young lads through

Newton getting banned, Brough going and finally Tronc leaving all petty much put paid to this season. That might excuse the lack of wins put not the appalling RL thats being dished up.

I am a great advocate of john kears, he has done stirling work for what is a terminally crap club, however Morrison at 7 last week was a low point for me, maybe he's lost the plot.
I believe that the club is so far up the creek, concentrating solely, on the ground issue that we are rotten to the core.
Having said that 3 wins on the bounce and we're all bouncing!!!! The only thing is I can't see us getting another win, let alone 3!!!
Next week could well be the acid test!

While I understand the frustration of the poor form, I don't get the resentment towards the efforts getting a new ground is breeding.

Even if the RL was mindblowingly brilliant with no ground there is no SL place.

If the grounds comes off i'd gladly accept a poor season as collateral.

Agree,someone said on a other thread we've put our eggs in 1 basket concentrating on the stadium,but as far as i can see that is the only way we will be playing Superleague past next year.But really the fact that we need to get a stadium shouldn't change the level of performance on the pitch.JK and the players can't affect the stadium decision,they can only get on with playing rugby.So saying we are too busy concentrating on the stadium shouldn't change the results on the pitch

Should have no bearing on performance at all.

But somethings caused loss of form within the team and coaching staff IMO.
