An outstanding propspect and maybe really blossoming a season or two later than a lot of people thought. The way he's started this season suggest he's gonna have a terrific year, everything about the lad is top quality.

Thought he made the correct choice to hold onto the ball after his first break, off a cracking little pass from Bibey, and it proved to be as we scored after it anyway. The second good break he made, he should have looked and picked a pass as there was plenty in support of him.

It's only one slight thing though which will improve with experience, really glad he's finally getting a good run in the team and showing his undoubted quality.

Nice to see the hard work paying off, he's enjoying playing and "wants it"

While Fergie was excellent today, I'm glad finally somebody has mentioned Mr Bibey's efforts, repeating his equally great performance from Warrington two weeks ago.

Dale is a good young player & is getting better n better the more he's plays as for the pass right or wrong we still scored from the next play but theres plenty of players who could/should have passed to there supporting players but don't,Just like gleeson second half should have passed to Blanch on the wing for a try

I'd like to see him at 13....looks like the loose forward we've been waiting for.

And what makes it even sweeter is he is a local lad who is red, white and blue through and through!

For the record, thus far, this year IMO he is doing far better than JW.

i quite agree sandal i like this lad and always have done, although its only round 5 he has had a better season so far than JW, but then again why are we comparing all r youngens to each other. They all have different qualities and abilities and i like what i see. Its nice to see the young british talent flourishing and being able to be given a chance. Well dun lads keep it up.

I've been very impressed with Fergy so far this season. Takes the ball forward well and tackles his heart out for the team. Top young lad. I hope we have him on a long contract as I'm sure the Vultures will soon be circling.

Agreed also with the positive views on Mr Bibey. Not his biggest fan, thought he went hiding again last week against HKR but he played a blinder yesterday. Keep it up please.

That's the problem though, all some Trinity fans do is criticise rather than support. I'd love to know what there ever was to criticise in the first place to be honest.

My crticisms were based on the lack of creativity and offload (which were again evident yesterday). At the start of the year, I and others rightly stated that Dale is no longer a promising youngster, at 21 this year he had to step up (which six games in he is doing)

The effort and heart the lad has shown so far this year is exceptional, last week at KR was JD like in effort.

I said the same in a diff thread, he is getting better and better and I just hope he continues to do that.

I agree fergy has been outstanding, but its to early to push him into the 13 role and i believe he is learning alot playing next to JD and having good stints at 13. Look at JD and fergy stats and you can see that he is larning from JD and that can only be good. They seem to combine well to ie KR and catalans jd linked to put fergy through.
