My only point was that it's good to see fans not simply wanting a flush of players from the NRL when you have young lads to fight over a few spots. Which for some reason even for some of the 'bigger' SL clubs isn't the case.

This is guy is a captain for god sake and a seasoned NRL pro and still young. People moaning about not signing obst don't get me wrong obst is a good player but this guy is a different kettle of fish. This would be a great signing. Look at Tommy Lee from last year. I think what he's trying to say is that based on those figures he's made 103 NRL appearances in a 6 year period and not 142 over 7. Although this is still an avrage of 17 games a year, which, in a 24 game season is certainly not a reserve IMO.
