I think that may well be the case, it worked well in a few games earlier in the season.

Ferguson is frustrating for me. He can look quality but always against the poorer teams. Goes missing in big games against the better teams. Ollie Roberts has been more consistent.

If Tom Symonds and Michael Lawrence were fit, Ferguson wouldn't get in the team.

Unfortunately if you have been starved of possession first half and done a lot of defending it usually catches up with you towards the end of the game

Typical Trinity, while other teams find form at the business end of the season, Trinity put their Cue in the rack; lacking the basics and concentration when it really counts.

I can't help thinking that the off field shenanigans have a big part to play with performances like this, with the uncertainty with the ground and people that matter mentioning it's possible we might be kicked out of super league regardless of what happens.
It has to have a psychological effect on players I don't care what anybody says, it does in other sports.

Different teams have their good spells at different times in the season. The team that bursts out of the blocks often fades. There's always a team who steams up on the inside. The table at round 30 will tell us where we are. It might be as bad as sixth, which is way better than anyone predicted.

The Skill level of some players tonight was amateur, they can do a lot better than that.

The coaching staff need to take a long hard look at themselves because that lot were not prepared to walk onto to a RL pitch and play a competitive game.
