Im going to use my "bring a friend for free pass" on Sunday I think. I will try and get my mates to do the same aswell, so it should be good!

Sometimes, I actually really like our local rivals.

Im sure all fans of other clubs will be made to feel welcome for their support on the day.

Another thing that I notice of late is the lack of flags flying around the ground. Do we still sell them in shop? Would be good to see sone flying again in support of the guys on the field.

I've confirmed now that four of the lads are coming down on Sunday, with three support workers; my understanding is that 'carers' can get free tickets - does anyone know how I prove that those tickets are indeed for carers when I buy them?

Whilst the ticket line is down, I'm sure there's someone on here who knows!

Ring the ticket office up and explain. You will get the carer tickets free.

I bought my ticket on Sat and taking elderly parents for first time in a few years, Mother is very excited. Does anyone know if I have to get a my tenner/voucher back from the shop or will they deal with that on the turnstiles.

Pretty sure they won't be handing tenners out on the turnstiles.

I told you all would be OK and to keep the faith but i never expected such a fantastic start to the rebuilding of the club Hats off to all the guys i new were working hard namely the five on tonight's panel.

Although i don't think JK gave a convincing reply to his question about being with the club i we are dropped from super league but i am even happy to give him the benefit of the doubt

Sadly I'm not sure it works like that. As far as I know and I assume it's still the same Trinity rent out all the bars/food outlets etc to an outside caterer (think the last guy was on the old board) at a fixed rate. The plus side is we get the money at the start of the season when it's most needed. Downside is it doesn't matter how many beers or pies are sold on the day we don't get a penny more, even for cup games.

It may have changed as I always thought it was worth the risk to go the other way but I don't know.

I may be mistaken but I think AG said last night that the catering contract runs out at the end of Feb and that things would be done differently from then onwards.
Whether this means the club getting the proceeds or another contractor I'm not sure but I think things are changing.

You are right but the catering contract is up after the Salford match and the club are going to negotiate a new contract which is on better terms for the club.

I am bring a mate along to sundays game from uni who has never been to a game before, hoping to get him hooked.
