And why should I have to explain myself to you? I have as much right to post here; I'm not intending to upset anyone and if that is a problem, then I duly apologise. As I said, I am merely exploring all options and asking Wakefield fans what they think. I have as much interest in Wakefield Trinity as I do Cas, purely because I'm a rugby league fan.

But I'm on Wakefield's side too - I wanted both clubs to get their respective stadiums and I still want that. If Wakefield want to continue their push for Newmarket, fair play, and I wish you/them well in that process.

But it is imperative, IMO, that we retain a strong Super League derby in Wakefield. We both offer too much outside of stadia to be kicked out. That for me, is the biggest thing that has p*ssed off, not just me, but all fans of both of our clubs.

If you had read my posts instead of secong guessing , you would see i am totally against ground sharing and would prefer both clubs to achieve their new stadia or, i am in favour of both clubs telling superleagu to feck off and resume hostilities in whatever league the clowns at red hall decide to put us in. Obviously GH is the best option for me just as NM is for you, but in my opinion , whichever club moves away from its home base will wither and die. I do not want that to happen to any club nevermind our 2.

One thing I can tell you, Wakefield are being shafted by more than counceller Box, Rodney Walker is the main culprit in this fiasco, the truth will out some day, I just hope its not too late for both clubs

I'll tell you how the council will react. You can read it here now, save yourself the anxious wait. The council will say that the feasibility study says that under present circumstances, Glasshoughton is the better option. The council will say "thanks", re-allocate the land asset to Cas to borrow against, and you will have your stadium. The rest I don't know, and I can't be bothered to contemplate.

There's one thing that is known at this stage & that is that BV will not be home to Wakefield Trinity in 5 years time. I don't know whether we'll be playing at Newmarket, Oakwell, Glasshoughton or Timbuctoo, but Cala Homes won't wait forever for us to move out.

At least we know that whatever is decided over the next couple of months for our new home WILL happen because with or without a franchise beyond next season, we will be leaving BV in the not too distant future.

Without going into Detail about Mr Box, his agenda is plain enough for all to see, one ground share at GH if thats what you can call it. For me it would not be a ground share we would just be a cuckoo in their nest.

Well said; it's patently clear that Box has deliberately maneuvered us into this position because he knows that his own team can't make GH work without WTW's money. Therefore, the feasibility study will say exactly what he wants it to say and he'll spin it as WMDC acting tough with both organisations to get value for money for the people of Wakefield, whilst he high-fives Richard Wright and Co in the executive facilities at GH.

Pretending that this is anything other than a complete stitch-up is disingenuous and dishonest.
