Edited. Just Googled Production Park and Manni has been a director here since April 2018.

Strange question, what makes you ask that?

Production park is the studios and education facility at South Kirkby, I think Backstage Academy are part of that 'community' at the SK facility.

That sounds like they are nowhere near a solution that the club is happy with, only one that Manni is happy with.

I read it exactly the same.

TRB says on there that he believes there's a will to do something now and that he's more hopeful now than he has been for a while. So looks like something might be happening in the background as he probably still has a decent inkling of what's going on.

Maybe the bit in the text to do with student accommodation, has some connections to us, as I am sure this was mentioned in the initial Belle Vue development, way back whe he bought the ground

Having said that, looking at the picture, this looks like this is located on Thornes Lane, as I have seen some development on there in passing, which are being built by APP Construction

The building I have been seen getting refurbished, as I have been walking down to work is an old building, where the sharp bend is on Thornes Lane, close to Screwfix and where you turn to go onto Thornes Lane Wharf, where the Jolly Sailor pub used to be. Think that pub is now called the Wharfside.

Just for information, but also worth noting that Manni is a director at Production Park.
