Apointing Agar would be like farting during a Christmas dinner - everyone's having a good time (off the field success) then you fart (agar becomes head coach) and you embarrass yourself (fans getting refunds/not buying season tickets)

His source is very good, if he thinks it's not agar then it's not unless we have another change in situation a la Mildred, trouble is Mole Rat has always been great for info too? I'm puzzled, has mole rat said anywhere it is agar, can't remember there are that many threads and rumors on this.

The statements from the club seem to suggest it's not Agar, yet people on here seem to have convinced each other that it is. If you tell people something enough times, eventually they will believe it. Everyone believed we were being kicked out of Super League, but we're still here. I think the same thing is happening with Agar. Glover reads these forums, he knows his customers feelings, and I think he is too clever to alienate the 2,500 supporters he is trying so hard to recruit. Don't get me wrong, I don't want Agar (I was happy with Kear), but regardless of who gets the job I will still be there next season. However, I don't think that Richard Agar will be our Head Coach next year.

It'd be a disaster. The general public are mainly idiots and for Wakey fans the stats are disastrous with the figure being well above the 90th percentile

well had a text earlier this evening from a usually correct source saying Defo Agar then a pm yesterday from someone who had message from Gentles homeland that Gentle had signed . I would usually believe both these sources to be right so who IS right ? Past caring now tbh. I will still get my season ticket for next year and hope whoever is coach we get four or five top quality players as we spend to full salary cap.

My contact in Australia assures me the new coach won't be Wayne Bennett. He's normally good for information like this
