If you were blocking the path then that’s why you may have been issued with a ticket. I think there needs to be at least 1m space on the pavement for pedestrians to get by, back street or not.

Causing an obstruction your lucky you werent towed away and lucky there wasnt a fire nearby that a Fire Engine had to respond to, people who park within the law do not get tickets.

You may also find that the local residents are complaining about parking on match days it does affect the quality of life and respect neds to be shown sorry thats my opinion.

I am the realist and honest person on this board I say what i see like catchphrase. Don't speak until you know the full extent of where i was parked etc.

Look without this getting irritating why dont you go away and read your original post about parking I am not intersted where it was, you made the comments not me say what you like I dont have a problem but dont get all defensive and high and mighty when you open yourself up, communicating with you is quite difficult because as usual see all things all one way without realising you have already gone one down by putting the ball in your own net. If you like to wind people up thats fine but if you cannot take the it back keep it zipped.
