Personally I would just have Arundel as centre, with MCB to miss out, but Chester did say he would play, which is why I have put him at centre, as I feel its harsh to drop BJB. Alternatively Arundel and MCB centre/ wing combo if BJB is rested,.

I'm sure if it gets cancelled it will more than likely be because "the grounds crap" in one way or another.

Strong looking squad, play to our potential and we should have too much for Huddersfield, who have some players injured or returning and maybe not up to speed.

Don't think it's quite as clear cut as that. I'd imagine he will share the duties with Hampshire.

I'm certain of one thing, that boy can tackle and when he's on not much will come up the middle. Which in conditions like Sunday will be vital imho.

I also think this is the future for Crowther, every team needs a mr fix it player. One who can play anywhere in the pack. Specialist backrowers are common enough but genuine utility forwards are imo worth their weight in gold. That is pretty much what the lad from Hull did last year (sorry but totally forgotten his name doh) and he turned loads of games for us.

Tough game to call this aft.
Bookies giving Shudds 4 points on he handicap, which looks about right.
A great game for Johnstone to test himself against England's "star" winger, hopefully McGilvery will still be a bit rusty.
Coming out off his own line McGilvery must be the best winger in the comp but, he wont catch Johnstone if he gets past him.
With soft ground (assuming it's all thawed under the tent), it's going to be a forward battle and we need our pack to stamp their authority early on and give Brough plenty of traffic.

Dont think Salford will beat Saints but it would be great if they could

The pitch looked spot on under the heated cover yesterday so I don’t see any problem with that, just hope no more of that crappy white stuff falls after all the hard work that’s been done to clear the surrounding areas.

I was looking forward to this game on Friday, However as a Sunday worked, I'll have to rely on the BBC website until i leave work at 4:15, Hopefully we will have too much for huddersfield however you just never know which brough will turn up!
