I've tended to find them as incompetent as they always have been. It's a Wakey tradition, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. At least we pay them now I suppose.

The WW staff have always been courteous an helpful under the MC regime.
Getting through on the phone is a problem but, that isn't the fault of the staff.

Come on then, what issues have you had that warrants this type of post.
