How many first team games has have Grayson, Cowling and Gledhill proven themselves in? I don't think there is any evidence to suggest the above. Cowling has had a couple of games and has done OK. Does Okay make him better than Keinhorst? I don't know because I haven't seen Keinhorst... but I'm guessing with the appearances he's made in a very good Leeds team that he will be half decent.
