| Lets hope Mr parking comes in with a good offer. Minimal points deduction and a great chance super league will continue in wakefield.

| I guess we are all just going to have to wait and see what is going to happen but i would be extremely happy if we end up with a wealthy new owner and then to top that off by beating cas.

| Perhaps he posted his offer second class, that could be why it hasn't been received yet, it is still in the post!

| The way I read the article on the SL site with the interview with Kear, it sounds like Steve Parkin is being confirmed as one of the parties who have made an offer to the administrator along with Andrew Glover as the second.

| If it was a vote mine would be with Parkin. Mr Glover seems to be a nice guy but his comments (not sure if actually quoted properly) in today's League Express seem a little defeatist. He quotes that he would be prepared to buy the club even if he was told that they would not be successful in getting a new superleague licence before purchasing the club. As i am not well in the knowledge of Administration and also with the purchasing of a proffesional sports team someone may be able to shed light to this. But this is a theory only that the RFL have to approve new buyers of a club and could in fact have some say in who gets the club. If Mr glover has already confessed that he would buy them choose what fate we suffer this could only make the RFL's decision to give him the club and us the shaft a whole lot easier.

Maybe he already knows our fate and chooses to play his cards this way as to show the administrators he is taking a long term view, rather than placing all his bets on a franchise.

| Fair play to mr glover being prepared to take us on no matter which league we play in. Good on him certainly goes some way to prove he's not in this for himself and also shows that he is in it for the long haul. The other interested party is obviously keeping tight lipped and may well have the same intentions as glover but may not want his name bandied about in public until any deal is finalised. Things are certainly looking up for us at this moment in time especially when you consider the panic and mayhem we were in just two weeks ago!
