That's my worry, the big turn over in players. That has been one of the highlights off the last 2 seasons or so, we have managed to keep the turn over low.

Can't wait to see Tron in a Wakey shirt, the guy looks class and he has been excellent in the NRL this season.

Does that not tell you something then? He has had 5 years of average performances. This year he was on a one year deal, in effect playing for his super League career. I have serious doubts that he will maintain them level of performances when he is on a 3 year deal. Snitch has also had the benefit of Kears coaching, with his track record of getting average player to lift there game it's no surprise he has had a good year.

We was here last year with Goldon and Dunc, just average players that Kear get the best out of with the added motivation of playing for another contract.

I'm confident that Wilkes and Snitch could be replaced with a couple of forwards out of the Championship. Both on one year deals under the guidance of Kear. A lot better business sense than giving these guys 3 years deals paying more than what they are worth.

So you don't really earn 40k

not wanting to look like im on the negative side but i at this moment in time do wonder what team we will have out next year.yes we have signed some quality players and am happy with the players brought in but at this moment in time we have brought in 4 players but lost 8 players 6 of who are first team regulers (pitts and rooney the odd ones out) add to this the uncertentity over other players ie frank w,t martin we could be looking at a small squad.i do understand players need to be let go esp as we have signed quality players so books need to be balenced.it would be unfair to expect the kids to come in week in week out and perform at the highest levell.

time will tell on who else we sign and other than jefferies and hudson i havent heard any rummers but do trust jk to get it right as long as ted lets him

You are right in your assumption - we will have fewer 'senior' players, with a the academy stars getting opportunities - just as St's do - when the big boys are out. It is the right thing to do IMO.

The problem with this is that the Saints lads are all playing in there reserves and to a high standard for that league.

Wakefields Reserves are poor, and while your Accademy is going strong many other clubs promote there Accademy players to the reserves quicker than what Trinity have done this year. Expecting the Accademy lads to step up 2 levels when injuryt strikes is a huge and in my opinion unrealistic ask.

get a life because all you do is post negative articles bagging the players jesus h Christ this season aint over yet theres months to go to strengthen the squad, and by the way I dont get out of bed for 40K I am a professional and I also happen to know a lot about rugby I dont shout about it why should I Ihave supported my club through thick and exetremely thin its gives me pleasure and I trust the coach and his staff to deliver. heres the difference. Wire keep there squad and bring in 3 good players. We bring in 3 good players and get rid of 3 good players there is the difference. They build we may improve slightly. There is the difference and it will be the same with CAS , Hull KR and Wire / shudds they will all build next year.

This year we have performed very well, however other clubs have underperformed bradford, warrington, catalans, you need to look at the BIGGER picture.

ha ha ha .. if we keep atkins and snitch build on our signings allready I think we would finish 4th . We deserve our position this year we have been awesome at times and showed great team spirit. With the big changes in our squad for next year do you think our spirit will be has good. Team spirit has been a massive part of our success this year.

Get real. With your 40k I would have thought you would have understood that "improvement" is more than just getting to the next position up in the league.

If next year will the club have improved if:
the finances look better
they have more youth development
they win the challenge cup
and finish 7th?

and if Leeds get top.....are they not capable of improvement because of their position?

Hopefully the stadium will have moved forward in great strides .

Never question my support of the club I write numerous letters to the council about the stadium wrote to sky sports, newspapers thanking our players in the past I have been on meetings with councillors in the past about the stadium I have been a season ticket holder for 15 years . I have missed 2 games all year quins away and catalan away.
