Outline planning permission is like the developer got at Cas and other big developers go for up and down the country - all it mentions is what they hope to do - in a way it's to see if full permission is likely to be granted without having to go into all the details. That's what we had on Belle Vue and I think it lasts for a few years.
Full Planning permission specifies exactly what and where is being developed, types of houses, siting, roads, etc. Now the full one's going in at Belle Vue (and if it gets passed), it's far more 'real' than any outline permission could be. And I don't doubt with Full permission, the club will have a better idea of what the site is worth to a developer and so how much the club would get.
Now what, I wonder, do Trinity need a cash sum to invest in, Hmm?
