I know what you mean as you would need 1,000 people to put £100 in each. Seeing as we only had about 70 people in squadbuilder last I knew I think it's a little optomistic. Think they would sell more if they dropped the £100 minimum.

The price definitely rules me out. It would be nice after the initial take up, if there are any shares left over then these could be sold under the £100 minimum. This allows people unable to find out the £100 the opportunity to help and also perhaps opens it up to a wider ‘market’. Unlikely but if 500 people bought the £100 worth of shares and 2500 people purchased just £20 the club would still end up with the magic figure of £100k.

Thats true. I would love to buy some but just cant possibly find £100 up front. If they were available in multiples of £25 I would buy some this month and more next month but I am skint as it is without forking £100 out.

Yes....with a minimum purchase of 100 shares.

There was an opportunity a few years back with a minimum of 25 shares, so there's been a chance in the past to 'invest' in the club.

How long ago was this? Perhaps some people wanting to invest now would have been kids at the time?

That does not mean that it could be offered again. As has already been shown on this thread there is plenty of interest but the price is to high. Hopefully the Club will see sense and bring down the minimum number.

I agree. I'm not able to pay £100 for some shares but i do pay a tenner a month into SB.

Hopefully if fans cant buy the shares, they could put a couple of quid a month in SB. It all helps.
