Yep which is better than them leaving for nothing. But its not the money angle thats bothering me here, its the fact that contract or not they will probably end up leaving anyway or we will have unhappy players on our hands thanks to the actions of their agents. And its the way the uncertainty over franchising is allowing my club to be raped and pillaged and we can do little about it. I've had enough of the game and how its run and the likehood of me continuing to support the game after this season is diminishing rapidly, whatever division we are in.

On the Cas Fans forum they say he applied for the Cas job but isn't wanted. It does seem to be a recurring theme for him. I just hope we don't give him a new contract once he has exhausted all options to leave.

According to the Cas forum they are selling there Wheldon Rd ground for a supermarket now instead of building houses on it and are using the money to buy a new stadium at GH wherever that is, I've not seen much evidence of it yet though, have you?
