Yes, most of us feel confident following the decision to take the site out of green belt; even moreso after reading the inspector's comments that went with that decision.

The announcement is on or before Tuesday (4 days

). could be today or Tuesday (apparently the boss doesn't work Mondays), no idea what time.
AFAIK we're planning to occupy the stadium by 2015 season at the latest, some say earlier, we will no doubt get more info after the announcement.
The stadium site is right on junction 30, head south off the junction, 200 yards on your left.
The closest pub to the site has recently shut down, not sure what's still open in Bottomboat, which is very close. There are plenty in Stanley (+/- 1 mile), used to be 13, but now down to about 8.
