Stobarts have their own unit on 41, but they also have loads of wagons at Coca-Cola (next door).

It seems our Widnes friend was right - the reports are that this deal has generated nil in cash terms and has been bought with advertising on a small percentage of their fleet of trucks.

Bearing in mind that the Engage deal was worth a million quid or so, the recent decision by the RFL to get rid of 15 or so development officers starts to make more sense; what with chucking a million at the Dulls, giving up a further million in sponsorship and taking on a posh office at Media City in the hope that walking past a BBC exec in the car park will improve the profile of RL in the mainstream media, they'll no doubt be on their uppers.

We are only getting 5 trucks, the 6th is being given to Bradford as a freebie.

But you're missing the bigger picture................. It is for the long term good of the game that Bradford are being given one of our trucks, as the extra advertising for Bradford will bring in some developers willing to spend £50 million pounds developing Odslum into a National RL stadium to be used for those 3 International games each year!!

i heard from a reliable source that hudderfield have made an offer for 4 of our 5 remaining trucks. apparently we are going to get a bicycle in exchange...

London have had to get rid of their biggest truck as it turns out they had too many that had been built abroad. This problem doesn't apply to Hull KR as although all theirs were built abroad they were manufactured by British people.

The Thierry Alibert truck is currently blockading the port of Calais., while Steve Gansons truck has been made into a float and is the centre of attraction at the St Helen's carnival.

At Leeds the Ryan Bailey truck is making a growling noise and seems to be stuck in reverse while the Kevin Sinfield truck is making a constant whining sound.

Over in Cas the Richard Wright truck seems to have been on a never ending journey and has yet to make its delivery, there's huge concern as it seems to be blowing smoke.
