A win for us against Hudds would probably take us above one of the Hull clubs, who play each other in their final game.

Gilford and Lane (along with Corkill and Archer) are the academy group below Baxter/Delaney/Moss and putting them up against the likes of Murphy was a fools errand. But with Simm/Sambou/Hill injured what can you do? Our biggest issue this year is that our reserves level side has been decimated and we have had to go younger and younger in search of replacements.

That’s not to take away from Wakefield - whom I totally get had players out too, were good value for the win. Have some player in Murphy, very much hope there’s a deal to be done as our replacement for Grace

Anyway you're right we do have some player in Murphy and I'm sure you'll understand we'd like to keep him a bit longer!

And we still won the LLS, whilst confirming Warrington as 11th place - honestly the best result all around
