What we should do IMO is let DB discuss terms with who ever he wants, on the basis he honors his contract with us, that way he/his agent can start the bidding war they want in order to get the big pay day they need, we have time to search for the replacement we want and other clubs wont upset their own dressing rooms by pushing players into transfers they don't want.

We really don't have time on our hands re getting a pay off for Danny,the pay off we get will be a simple equation i'd guess.Time left on Dannys contract ,8 months of 12 months (at the beginning of this season)so 2/3's left,X's a months pay,assuming he's on £90,000 that would equate to £60,000 we'd get for him,every month it stalls that will be reduced until we get to the end of his contract,he goes and we get no pay off!I'd say if we have to cash in then time is of the essence.

You have to factor in to that the value to us, regardless of contract money
and the potential value if we let other clubs bid for him too. That is why Hudds get to pay more to have first crack!

Just about sums you up that squire along with your mate old wadski that put it on, contemptable. When I asked wadders about it he made up some excuse about being misquoted, which is about right for him if he can riddle out of it he will. While he was having a laugh with the other muppets on your board there were people on here what had been told by him that that Hodgson had got to pack the game in because of this injury, these were Wakey fans who were sympathising with both the player and the club, how low do you have to stoop for a laugh. What kind of pond life thinks it's funny to pretend that one of their players has a career-ending injury? I suppose that's what passes for humour amongst Shudds fans. You said it chissitt, Wadski is just a two-faced, cowardly moron.

confuses me like hell! could we keep this to facts now please, is broughy going or not? will the shudds pay or not? if not, keep him for the rest of the season or let him go to somebody who is going to pay for his services this season..or is there another reason why sudds are going to need a half back? makes a mockery of the rumours last year of broughy and drew hating each other doesn't it ? and you all know who you are that raised that little one !
