There's sure to be some smart-bottomed answer to this, but.... assuming the turnip/cow/day eating ratio remained the same and applied to the total comsumption of the cow and a half, as opposed to a cow and half a cow, then the only thing that matters is turnips/day... in this case 1:1.... so I'll go for 14.

Incidentally, that reminds me of a question that we had to answer nearly 40 years ago in our 7+ exam:

Hi everyone this is my first post on the Wakefield section, I have read posts for over a year now keeping up to date with news/rumours etc in relation to the trin.

I am currently studying at loughborough university (sports science), and attempt to spread the word of our great game as much as possible. Am currently the chairman of the rugby league club so have quite a big say in the uni's sport etc

Some of you may know me by face as am Peter Oliver's (RIP) nephew and attempt to get to as many games as possibly with Dave.

I am back in Wakefield from the end of May until mid September and currently in the process of looking for work to help me fund my next year at uni. I have no preference in what this work may be as I know its hard to find work at the moment due to the recession etc.
If any of you know or can help me sort out some work for this time I would appreciate this greatly.
