I quite enjoy the sumo's at half time, and the mascot races. Beats the X-Factor every time for me.

i think everyone needs to realise that the community team at the wildcats do everything they can and work extra hard to put things on like x factor acts to bring new people through the gates. all the money spent on the acts is made back through they hard work on ticket sales aswell as their day to day jobs. people should have a little more respect for the people who do these jobs. no one is saying that the rugby isnt important!

Retail, Commercial, marketing, team affairs, community, Academy, etc etc...If he is to be CEO,

I have no problem with James I have had dealings with him on a number of ocassions... CEO calibre.. maybe one day!

I have an increasing problem with the club being used as a family business.

Also every organisation I have ever been involved with has has a CEO or a Managing Director, to work with the Board of the company... we have both! yet are unable to afford new players... the club have created a management structure that I dont understand in business terms.

Who is in charge and who does the work?

Doesn't the MD handle the day to day running of the business, then the CEO overlooks the MD and everything else?

The FD takes care of the monies (...i'm calling from your bank) which again the CEO overlooks.

Thus, those 3 are the operating board, who work with non-exec directors who advise them on business matters and represent the shareholders.

Then there's the Chairman who sits on the board and everyone has to report to.

Or something like that.

He used to love the word 'Nepotism' in the programme he used to do where he went into failing business's and told them where they were going wrong!

First starting point for me would be the advertising boards around the City...absolutely scandalous the amount of time it takes for them to change!

Yes, I agree. To say it's the first impression that many people get of the club, it's not very good at all. You should see an improvement very soon though

A different view; if a good value, high quality alternative is that easy to achieve, it makes the fact that ours is so dire even more difficult to understand.

It is very untidy....the adverts go on longer than the news bit! A nice clean and clear sit may attract more to view it (I usually click links on here!)

I don't know whether it should or not, however I did find myself getting less impressed the more of those sites I came across (might just be that I regularly access various club sites and most people would never notice).



A big obstacle to upgrading the website would be finding someone with the time to source, collate and add the content. Clearly no-one is keeping most of the current site updated.

is it someones job to do it,or is it done on a voluntary basis??????

With the amount of people mentioned on this thread, there should be someone to look after it about the club!
