Considering that Richard Agar is contracted to Hull until the end of the 2012 season, meaning we would have to pay Hull for his services, I can't see this being anymore than a wafer thin rumour. Has anybody told Steve Georgallis we need a new coach yet?...

The job should be advertised properly to see who is interested we don't need a quick fix or a friend of a friend who might be out of a job, But we should not be hanging around lets get it done and done quick so who ever takes over as a good chance of getting the right players in who he wants before there snapped up by other clubs, My choice Keiron Purtill.

obvious from radio that noble wants a crack at it, as a marquee signing i suppose hes a big name, would like to see someone like wrighty come as assistant tho.

Nobby would be my choice with someone like Poching,Purtill etc as assistant to develop into taking over for the next round of franchises.
As someone said somewhere else we will not be an attractive proposition to an aussie coach til we are in NM and Noble will make sure we are always in the media spotlight with his PR work.
Definite no to Agar or Morgan they are both gash and no good to raise the profile of the club at this time.

There isn't a British Coach good enough to take us from where we currently are to battling for a top 8 place and that includes Noble (especially after he hinted that Keef would be someone he would want to build a side around).

I'm not saying he's the answer to our problem, I am fairly certain that our progression long term will come from down under, but we may have to take a small step now to make a large one then.

Well KC, put it this way if its a choice between Agar and Noble, its Noble everytime. However, as with others I just think his methods are now outdated and the only stability we would get would be staying outside the top 8 if he was the coach.

Conditioner for me is equally important as the Head Coach - we need to find a good one cos Sanctuary just ain't up to the job
