There needs to be a statement from the club. There is no harm in saying either negotiations are on going or the deal is off. Supporters are being treated like children. Meanwhile the club is a laughing stock

Sorry, I don't agree. They should update when they have news, not when they don't have news just because some fans want to know.

It's the hoping that it's not going to fail that drains me ,if the worst happens and the deal falls through we'll be well and truly done for and in the wilderness for years.

To be fair i want transparency as much as the next person but until there is something to actually say then theres not a great point of saying anything. These things do take time.

If it’s worrying you just go with the old adage no news is good news for now.

Pop Tart your loyalty to the club is commendable but it is us the loyal supporters who keep the club going with our season tickets and shirt purchases and we deserve to be kept informed. We don't need financial details just some indication of what the state of affairs. We are being taken for granted and treated with contempt by the club

This club doesn't care about what it's loyal supporters think and they don't care about the ridicule and humiliation of the club either.

We were updated last week, I'm sure we'll be updated as and when.

It's only rumours, but I've heard things are progressing well. Fingers crossed.

No company would tell customers about a buy out or takeover until it was signed. I don't see why they should be any different.

And people wonder why they are reticent to share information with comments like this.

The Board weren't backwards in coming forwards when they were seeking their £500 share bonds. It seems they only want contact with the punters when there's something in it for them.

And they communicate to that group.

And actually, the scheme was an idea started by someone on here, so clearly they do have contact, when there's something to say.

Similarly, this thread was started by someone on here, but no contact as yet.

It does make me laugh that the people who rip into the board at every opportunity sometimes quite viciously and then complain that the board aren't talking to them.

To repeat a previous comment. They communicate quickly when something is needed, I.E. money.

I'll try and write it slowly this time.

When they communicated to people about the opportunity to invest, there was something to say. Vastman had already canvassed people on here and many said they were interested, BEFORE, the club made that opportunity available.

In the takeover discussion, there is nothing new to say that hasn't been said already.
I'm sure they'll tell us when something changes.
