well looks like it all kick off at the Stanley Rangers U13S match again against Normy

one player and two coaches sent off for Normy so they walked the team off the pitch just after half time.

you would think its a processional game they was coaching, when passions run that high is really that important that KIDS not adults have to put with so much crap.

the coaching staff for the Normy U13s need a reality check and just look at them selves for a moment what are they are there to do.

its going to bode well for the Wakefield cup final when we meet

I gather it kicked off at Stanley U12's yesterday aswell, in a drawn game vs Eastmoor.

i didnt think the tackle was malicious he was just a bit frustrated because we kept him out of the game.he is also a very good player

cas panthers u11s travelled to stanningley A and came out on the wrong side of a 24-0 scoreline.

the score didnt give a true reflection on the panthers performance who had to contend with some very one sided refereeing,i dont want to take anything away from the stanningley team who deserved their win but had the two sides played to the same rules then it would have been a different scoreline.after a bruising first half we trailed 6-0 and thats how it stayed until close to the end when a try scored on the 7th tackle seemed to deflate the kids and we dropped our heads.

this saturday is our last league game for the Stanley Rangers U13s and a win will confirm us a third place in the league, we travel to Cas Panthers kick off 11-30

Finally after god knows how long , we've actually beaten stanningley - and deservedly so too . All on the team were up for it this morning .. passed well , tackled well and put them under pressure right from the off- what a difference from last week . Not a happy journey back to Leeds mythinks

what a amazing defending by the Cas panthers U13s, 8 times our lads broke away and every time was driven to the sidelines and into touch and their full back saved so many try savers that he fully deserved MOM.

in the end our team struggle to pass the ball and ended up playing one man rugby to the coaches dismay

was it the young asian lad at full back,he is one hell of a player and has the build to be a good player when he gets older.

no game for us today so i watched locklane and eastmoor u11s which finished 12-12 in a entertaining game in which both sides had spells of dominance.

Young Spongebobs never been so happy ....big win for them today . Young Mutts has fitted in well , wished you'd seen big Ross & him earlier , looked liked they'd been mates for years .
What a difference a week makes - even though they looked gutted ,everyone from Stanningley was v.gracious in defeat and seemed to have enjoyed the morning .I didn't look forward to going over there a while back , but the last couple of years they've all been spot on

yes Vince his is name and it took ten mins to listen to the coaches on how to pass him,
at the end of the game I was talking to their coach who then told me he is likely to move on to Oulton or Hunslet Parkside next season which is a shame for the Panthers

back from the derby match (Stanley 11s V Crigg AB 11s) , 2 very good sides if not matched in numbers then matched in spirit .

The all Blacks opening the scoring and then never losing control finishing up 40-12 winners . although the score line may seem a little steep the rangers never let the heads go down and the size of some of the hits were huge . A big game for my young un to get outta the way and enjoyed a good half meaning in 4 games hes played 2 full games and 2 second halves which is a good return .

every crigg player imho improved today and to pick a man of the match was impossible.

cas panthers u11s travelled to shaw cross and came home 8-12 winners in a good game that was played in good spirit.

crigg next up for us a week on tuesday with a 6.00 ko which should be a belting game.

Looking forward to it brayton , after the eastmoor game a couple of weeks ago the performances are getting better again, should be a cracker!
Like mutts says , well done to the Stanley lads they kept going , but were well beaten - they still seem to be stuck with the idea that the game revolves ( and involves) around 3-4 players . We played some very good stuff today & virtually had to swap the team at half time due to the subs we had compared to their squad numbers but it didn't make a difference they ALL played well today .

its not an easy job mannaging 20 players and trying not to lose your shape,im looking forward to our game it should be a really good game lets hope we get the same weather has we have had today although a spot of rain on the field wouldnt go a miss.

should be a good game against 2 well matched sides with a lot of identical methods of play . i expect these 2 teams to be battling for honours next year as they become BIG boys

Cracking game last night at Cas Panthers with Crigg winning 28-18 . Certainly wasn't over until the last minute and a credit to both sides . Crigg were certainly more direct in their approach , but it's a good win whatever against the Panthers - v.good team .
Gutted tbh though as one of our lads (Crigg) has ended up with a broken thumb & a dislocated + broken first finger . Had surgery today and they've wired up his finger as it won't stay where it's supposed to - OUCH!
Complete accident and just looked like he'd landed on his thumb , just hope he makes a full recovery asap .

it goes without saying that everybody connected with castleford panthers u11s wishes him a very speedy recovery and hopes he`s back on the field in the not too distant future.

the game was certainly a bruiser and a very good contest,in the end we paid for the awful start to the game but recovered well enough to make it a close match.
