We have been patient personified, the results have been nothing short of disgusting. I am amazed by the fact that if this had been Agar coaching the number of out threads would have engulfed the forum. I read that we would be happy to lose but be competitive, this is not good enough we should not be satisfied with teams scoring 40 + every week. We made Catalan look good they cannot win away but managed to score 40 against us.
I blame Webster for bringing the great name of Wakefield Trinity into the RL gutter. No team should lose this badly every week and to say we are looking at the middle 8 play offs should be a sackable offence because if the supporters decided what's the point turning up then we would have our chairman on twitter questioning if we want a club. He should be asking that of Webster by making such a dumb statement.

I'll give Agar some credit in that he in the end admitted had no clue how to turn around the form of the team last year. Webster this year has done nothing but blame other things from his and the teams poor performances. I agree with Scarlett he is dragging WTW through the mud and will bring the club further disgrace through winning us the wooden spoon.

Does anyone know how Webster compares percentage wise compared with the Agar era.

Four of Websters wins came in his first 5 games. Since then its just a win ratio of 20%.

Well I'll be there supporting the lads on tonite and taking a car full over all tickets purchased from the tidings so the club make a much needed couple of quid.

I meant to add the caveat that one of the games was against Halifax so a championship side and maybe shouldn't count. But it was late and i forgot.

It's noticeable that Cox, Larroyer, Campese, and Tilse are back in contention for tonight, I know Larroyer was injured in the warm up and Cox was still at Huddersfield last week, but I can't help wondering if Campese and Tilse's injuries were just tactical and both players were saved for a much more winnable game!

To me the real telling statistic is our points against this season which is totally unacceptable

It certainly is, I'm no coach but I'd have thought it would be easier to coach a team to stop/nullify another team defensively, it gets much more complicated when you have to coach good defence and combine that with out scoring the opposition.

This is so frustrating to watch. Throw it wide and it's easy points.

But Stevo is still talking crap. Blaming Johnstone for the tries out wide when actually it's Wakey not having the right number of players on that side.
Carney corrected him once.
Without the right numbers in front of the ball carrier the winger stays out wide and it allows the centre to score. he covers the centre and a wide pass allows the winger in. Not Johnstones fault at all.

I was expecting a real enthusiastic display for what was a good chance to arrest the rot but it's the same zero intensity rubbish. We will not beat Leigh next week as they will out enthuse us and use their pace out wide to capitalise on our woeful defence - we can't even get the player on the ground with three in the tackle or stop the offload!
