Ask your self a simple question (apart from the fact it's Cas) would you buy a new house within the blast radius of a facility such as Hicksons?
New build's easily go for £180,000, they would have to pay me that danger money just to live there!

You cannot get planning permission to build in the "blast zone" so until Paloma either get a planning consent and/or give up the chemical licence all the land around C6 is steralised.

Would you give up the licence ? Its worth a bit of cash whislt you are preventing any development taking place. So until someting happens with C6 Wheldon Road is worth SFA.

If Castleford had any sense they would come in at Stanley and we would both have a SL future - the choice is theirs.

J30 will be our stadium in all but name, in the heartland our our city & if we build it they will come!
People (outside the RL community) don't like coming to to Trinity games because they don't like BV, it's only our love for the club that means we would watch the in a cow field if we had to. With a new ground people will be as excited to come see the ground as the team, then once in a clean, safe, new stadium they will see what we see, and love what we love!

The only people who have reason to be fearful of this is Cas! Outside their own town limits, and to be fair due to their own bad management & stubbornness when a share was first suggested have left them very much geographically isolated from their own fan base! This is why i can only ever see this as a 3 year short term move. I hope!

have to say i agree with you there, i reeally hope cas do get a ground as well as us, frankly whichever one of us had to move to the others stadium would die eventually.
