Got mine about 4:55 so make it 2188

i ordered mine from the web site 9 days ago . It said i would get a e mail confirming my purchase. No e-mail after 1 week so i e mailed the club to check they have got my order. No response to my e mail . tried ringing the shop- No one answering the phone. Anyone else had a similar problem ? not sure now if i have bought a season ticket or not?

yes emailed a question to the club about family season tickets and no reply,

they are either worked of their back sides or there is no one to reply that can give the correct answer

I'd like to think they are short staffed and are working too hard

They have had problems, but they are sorted so I'm told, try again in the morning...

Outstanding stuff, I had my doubt that would get anywhere near that target, only 300 off with 4 working days left. One big push it'll be achievable.

Can't understand the club taking the mobile shop away from the City centre just 3 days before the ticket deadline. Would've made more sense to use the unit and people for some late canvassing amongst the shoppers.

I agree it would've been beneficial to have it open, particularly on Saturday.

100% agree, perhaps its a staffing issue, centralising all staff at one place may be beneficial though, i don't know.

Must admit it seems a strange time to shut it with the deadline so close. Guess its a rent due issue and theres no point renewing if we are opening a shop shortly. But with that and the lack of real marketing of the offer it gives scope for the offer to be extending a touch longer if the targets not hit.

If we are 300 short with a few days left (and more importantly a pay day looming) i think we will reach the target, which is excellent.
I think we have missed a trick in hindsight though, the deal has not been particularly well marketed, if it had who knows how many more we could have sold?
Lesson for next year perhaps, however i was not at all confident that we would get anywhere near the target so its a modest pat on the back for the club, and it shows that along with a good deal the supporters are backing what AG and co are doing and that has got to be a good thing if we are to grow from strength to strength.

Think they'd find themselves handing out a lot of refunds first.

I have to say that although marketing has never been WTW strong point, I have seen this in more places than probably any other initiative we've tried. I'm sure an experienced marketeer could put forward different ideas but you can't say people don't know about it.
I'd say if we reach the target is a direct result of improved marketing. It's on the web site, on at least 2 social media sites, on posters, announced at the ground on match day, on tv.....what more do you want?
The quality could obviously improve if we went to Saatchi and Saatchi but you can't know ck the volume or effort.

Still think we could have done more - used the boards around the city (which admittedly have gone now), advertised in Yorkshire Post\Evening Post, had staff out around the city centre more (happily being addressed this weekend).

we moved a few a months ago and just a call check adress is correct

I have tried and tried again to contact Davide Longo at the club to verify disabled and carer access. Have been trying since the Bradford game and he has never been available. Well enough is enough and that is 2 from their target.
