| We needed to keep the lead to keep Cas under pressure and keep our lads chins up. Finn missing the two conversions and then his failure to find touch with the penalty at 20-22 ultimately invited Cas to take the spoils.
Hope Bill Tupou's injury isn't too bad but just enough to keep him out of the way for the semi.

It's very easy to call it moaning. We've been thumped three times this year by Cas - that's not moaning. Yes we have a semi final coming up next week but if anything that should be movitation not distraction.

| Just write today off. Even a win wouldn't have changed anything. Next Saturday is what this season is all about. I'll be cheering you on and looking forward to playing you at Wembley.

| Tell you what I was a bit worried when Ashurst was down and went off. Luckily it was just for Concussion assessment. Saying that B Tupou went off injured with his leg hope it's nothing major. Molloy went off not to be seen again and so did Sio. Think we had one player on the bench fit in the last
35 minutes or so. Luckily we've got Kirmond, Anderson and BJB back next week. Not sure about Simon.
Oh and Moore of course.

So having one interchange fit on the bench and 3 players off didn't have nothing to do with why Cas took control, in that last 30.

It's shown we maybe in hindsight shouldn't have let Yates, Walker and Howarth go out on loan.

Massive? FFS we've done well throughout the season covering injuries and suspensions. Did you miss the game in Perpignan. We've now had to rest a few and ask others to try their best "without getting injured" Reality check required.

| I thought today Cas were really there for the taking and hadnt we have bombed those chances we could easily have been 20 points up at the break. Just the same stupid errors.
For me Arundel was our best player and Reece Lyne took his try really well.
Still dont get Anthony Tupou. Was really pleased when we signed him thinking that we are attracting big NRL players. To say he has several international caos and 200+ NRL games we just havent seen him really make an impact. He missed 2 tackles today in the same set.
Personally I got the impression he is counting down the days until he goes home.
If we got to Wembley and Harrison is selectable then I would flog these 2 like mad to get our moneys worth while keeping Kirmo Sio and Ashurst fit. These 3 have been streets ahead of Tupou for me.

| Make all the excuses you want but we haven't physically nor mentally matched Cas since probably Richard Agar was in charge. They've become the new "Huddersfield".

| Cas were there for the taking but we struggled with the injuries and just didn't have enough bodies to hold them.
Pity but we have more important things to think about.
We'll play them again this season so let's just beat them then.

What you think having 3 players injured for practically all the second half, when we already had a few missing and had one fit interchange is making excuses? come on man. As for the rest, since Powell took charge and we went through our difficulties it's no surprise is it they've had the upper hand.

'" The guy can hardly walk he has an obvious limp and its probably a long standing injury. It makes you wonder if he has come over to extend his career in the perceived inferior competition. Along with Anderson with his bad back, I would not be sorry if the pair did not come back next season

| 6800 apparently. I am sorry but A Tupou made a difference unless I was watching a different game. I think Ashurst was playing with an injury and basically we were just not big enough. I think Molloy may miss next week and I hope we move Hall to centre but I expect BJB to return leaving Hall on the wing.

| Don't know about before the game but Ashurst took one to the nut and went off for a while for Concussion assessment. B Tupou has a hamstring injury and Sio has a sterum injury & Molloy is injured according to CC. Kirmond, BJB, Moore and Anderson to come back. Sio would be a big loss for us if he's to miss next week.

Kid did not let us down. Crisp distribution and tackled well. He has also filled out since I last saw him. Well done young Brad.

| Yes I dont think he has come over fully fit.
Im not saying he has been poor for us but from an ex international forward I was expecting mote from him. Especially with his salary. He wont have come cheap.
I have never really take a game by the scruff of the neck.
Hope it does work as I dont like to see players go back before the end of their deal. If he did not sure I would use that cap and quota space on another second rower. Come next year Batchelor, Annakin, Crowther and Morris could be fighting for a spot along with what we already have.

| I thought we could have used Faffita a lot better, particularly in the second half. He was taking the ball from a standing start. If he could take the ball at speed from ten yards behind, his momentum would take him an extra ten yards in the tackle.
Cas's forwards were going through us like caster oil. That, together with Luke Gale's angled runs killed us towards the end.
