Wane is a notoriously poor loser - he gambled on resting some big players and it backfired on him. That video by Radlinski is nothing more than a PR exercise to appease their angry supporters - his explanation lacks verisimilitude and if they really were that badly hit by a mystery virus, they would have appealed to have the game postponed on medical grounds.

I think he had been told to do it and it just went on and on with him repeating himself and got more and more embarrassing.

To be fair to Wane, if as he says they only played with 7 players (10 were missing) then it wasn't a bad result against our 17 plus the ref.
