Terrible peformances week after week tend to make me critical. I get stick for being constantly negative. OK well done. If you win at Hull that is a great win and a great effort when its all been going badly wrong in the weeks leading up to it. The citicism was justified, not unfair. Today..good effort, well done. Lets see what happens for the rest of the season. Most of all, well done to the fans who had the guts to risk more dismal misery and got a nice surpise. I couldnt take it to be fair so I hold my hands up. Must try harder.

I hope you are right. I think the players we have look decent on paper too, hence my belief Agar is the wrong man, given our perfomances this year and last. I've read this is typical Agar; always comes up with a win when he's on the edge of the sack(not that he was, though he ought to have been), maybe thats true. Maybe not. Always said, happy for him to pove me wrong. I take no joy in seeing Trinity get spanked. Ill kiss his feet if he turns it ound or anything else...just hasn't looked likely that will happen over the past 2 1/2 yrs to me and it will take a bit more than today to make me feel otherwise.

Yes. Ive been firmly in the Agar out camp but it would be churlish to be down on a day like today. I couldnt believe what I was listening to and though I wish Id had the moral fortitude to risk another afternoon of grinding frustration, the sound of the Trinity fans on Radio Humberside was incredible and lifted my spirits from the dismay of the NM fiasco and themany awful performancs of this season.

I for one not gonna change my mind on agar.yes we played better yestersay esp in defence but we wasnt that good till 25 mins to go.we never looked like we gonna score.to me the officals changed the game more than agar we got some bad calls then hull got a try from a clesr forward pass and that seemed to change us.also had mcshsne not got injured would godinet been on pitch so long cos he was our bedt player for me

Acts like a dead man walking, good win by the way, said in another thread don't be surprised if you won as we cant put back to back performances in this season at all. Don't fall into the Agar trap, loads of times whilst at Hull we produced the odd great performance, then weeks of poor ones. You have a decent side on paper and shouldn't be the position you are.

I'm still not sure if R As the man or not, but he's the one in the job and for that he gets my support. He seems to be constantly under the cosh from some supporters, but on the whole I find it difficult to agree with the majority of the complaints. Every decision taken will be taken based on reason , and what seems strange may not be the case. As a fan I long to be asssosiated with a well run, successful , structured , and forward thinking club. On the field it would be great to finish in the top four, have a fantastic home record and reach th cc cup final . In general I think from what we had at the season start the clubs achieved and before we dump the coach it would be nice for R A to have a problem free start to a season. On the club off field activities lets hope things are on the up and stability can be achieved. With the introduction of relegation it's more important than ever the club remain focused on achieving a SL position next season, and that for me will be a success.we can then look forward to a another season in the top flight and hopefully plan accordingly in the off season. I think Widnes have done a great job over the last 3seasons. I know they had no threat of relegation, but they set their stall out and have steadily built season after season. They are now what seems to be in a position of strength, and starting to re sight many of the playing staff and see great results on the field. Lets get behind the club for the remainder of the season, show our support and unite.

Great result short term, particularly with Bradford also winning, long term not so much. Pressure somewhat relieved on Agar meaning his unlikely departure is now even further away.

Why don't you return to the Hull site you currently have more people interested in what you have to say. I regret even there you don't appear to generate much support because they have moved on and have greater issues than Agar. I do see some connection between you and some on the Hull board because they are asking for a new coach and questionning his positional choices.

I wouldn't worry we are not going to win every game so you will have more opportunities to spread your philosophy.
