What was that guys name? I remember seeing him shuffling across Tesco roundabout in the middle of rush hour in the late 80s, how the hell he never got hit I'll never know. Someone told me he was a qualified solicitor or some other highly qualified job, and was a really nice guy before he flipped. What I do know is that under those bin bags his legs were a mass of ulcers and I think they got infected and killed him.
