Poore doesn't/didn't look fit to me. Lost almost every impact and got blown up for offside a couple of times for not making 10m.

All I am looking for is to see effort. I want to see the players giving it their all and competing for the full 80 (Which rarely happens even when we play good). I'll be there as usual cheering for the lads I just hope the youngsters if played don't get their confidence destroyed.

well dreadders, we are in the same boat as fans there - when we play the big clubs we pray for a result, but expect a performance.

Even if we lose comfortably, if the players give their all on the field and show some fire (i.e. run the ball in hard, try a few plays, put in some hard tackles and move the line up fast) I'm a proud supporter

I don't think sacking the coach is gonna help you guys. You don't need a coach to tell you to move up quicker, or any other basics for that matter.

Things like that are just off from time to time, and if it runs over a couple of games confidence drops.

The problem is, when you work so hard on putting right something so basic, something else gets neglected, which provides another weakness....

There's no short term fix, and sacking the coach isn't the answer when he has had a poor run of games......... IF he has had great performances strung together out of the same group of players. Which he has.

I believe that if he can get a group of players to win 7/7 league games in a row, he can do it again.

If we could put our finger on why he isn't doing it right this second, then we would be coaches - and better ones than most!

stick with it fellas, it's no disgrace to lose to Cas. pPor as we have been, we have some game winning players in our squad, some of which would get into any super league team, and they really turned up Saturday.... for a pleasant change

Always possible but you have to consider that that came after a new squad came together/gelled if you like.

This season we started with the same squad and have been lucky with injuries overall, now i don't expect a top 8 spot because that would be foolish, i would like to know whats not clicked and why.

Some will call it overeacting to a bashing from KR and Cas but i don't like the manner of those defeats, to be honest it worries me.

Im not disgraced to lose to Castleford you outplayed us in every department.. Its that the players didn't seem bothered (most of them anyway) - this really grinds my gears. But at the end of the day its Rugby which team turns up on the day will win we just need to get the right mentality to keep pushing and moving forward rather then go behind by a try or two and not having the right frame of mind for us to hit back. On the day you can beat any team you just got to have it in your head and want it more - and unfortunately for us for the past two weeks other teams have wanted it alot more than us.

Thankfully I'll be in Bristol. I'll give the online radio a go until half-time, by which time I will have undoubtedly switched off.

It sounds like Wigan will be rotating the squad for this game, with a few if the younger lads coming in to give the more experienced lads a rest.

A few of these lads have been playing down the divisions for a good few weeks so it may take them a little while to find the pace of the game, a good start from Wakefield and a bit if confidence gained and we could have a game in our hands.

Regardless if the frustrations though and after reading several different threads I hope those fans saying they may turn their back on the club are throwing out hollow threats. It's times like this the club needs its fans.

I am in an odd position of having 2 clubs, 1 I have seen win numerous cups over the years in Wigan and one who have been lower to mid table for most if my life, and honestly despite some of the struggles Wakefiekd have had those rare moments make all the disappointment worth while, nothing will ever beat the "million pound" game v Cas from a rugby league spectator point of view for me, or the feeling when Wakefield turned over Saints at Barnsley with the Stott drop goal. Great moments in our sport that stand out for me personally.

Keep the faith there is much to be positive about!

Can't understand anyone "turning their back on the club" just because we've lost some games.

I aren't that bothered how well wakefield do to be honest - other than in so much as they are our rivals for 8th place.

In an ideal world I would rather it be Wakey 7th Cas 8th, than Cas 9th Wakey 10th

One thing I will say Dreadders, if both cas and london play like they did in Manchester, you won't be getting your wish..... But it's a funny game. I would like to think we should win, but that doesn't count for much
