For sky customers only. You did use to be able to sign up for it at the same price as having sky on the telly.
I wouldnt use it on a payg dongle.
As for those other sites. Some are good some are full of adverts. The ones full of ads are people trying to make a quick buck as they get so much cash from the amount of hits on the sites.
Other ones are just some bloke with a lead from sky box to computer and a little bit of playing you can show it to the world. Although you do risk getting caught.
