Ditto kingsway cat...not blown away with the collar and it does not on first look, look like the hoop goes round the back......but its the best shirt we have had since we our promtion shirt.....not a patch on the adidas shirt but i doubt anything everr will...i have never bought anything since we changed our badge....but i have been asking for years to go back to our traditional colours....so a big thumbs up to Glover et al....does not look like the cats going in the near future.I hope the quality is better than last seasons...not been impressed with any rugby or footy shirt made by macron.But a massive step in the right direction....well done Mr glover for listening !!!!!!!

Yes, but that shirt is the shirt the fans were asking for - that was the almost universal demand (bar you I can only assume) that we go back to the old shirt. Look at the pic with Wally Lewis - it's about as near as you can get. Personally I prefered last years but I absolutely accept the club have got it right and given the fans EXACTLY what they demanded.

The white one looks spot on - an excellent nod to the heritage shirt that seems to be the favourite amongst most fans.

I love the home shirt, I like the away shirt.

Away shirt is ok, a fairly typical recent effort. I only ever buy one anyway, so I'm not bothered that I much prefer the home one!

You've got to love people like yourself! You clearly understand everything that runs through my head to say that I am moaning for the sake of moaning! Believe me Lordship I have more to worry/moan about than just a shirt! Most of the time I can relate to things you say on this forum but other times, like now, I can see why some people see you as a prick!

Wonder if soon they may do a supporters version...ie made of cotton like they do in aus.

I really like them both, just had a quick dash through the Ridings and stopped for a luck and tbh they look much better when you see them in person, especially the white one, that looks the dogs danglies.

Think the lettering of Eric France on this years shirts looks amateurish, would have looked better using same font as last years. Other than that I really like the home shirt and suspect the away one will grow on me.

I actually think that would work, I am not a massive fan of the sub-laminated material that many suppliers use. Perhaps that is the reason why I think the design looks good, but missing something, I don't know!

Vasty will be right, I will be in a minority that doesn't think it is 100% bang on. Looking at the other pictures on the official website it does look better, it just is the Macron collars!- but that is moaning for moaning sake...apparently!

When the new training range was produced I thought that, but it makes complete sense to use it in that gothic style with the introduction of the retro kit designs.

Not got my 2009 or 2010 shirt in front of me (the one with the massive collar)but really seems like a re-hash of that,not got the wow factor for me,dissapointed!

! I love the shirt, it is the best shirt we have ever produced. The quality players we have on our roster will make that jersey the most feared jersey in the league!

Generally it seems ok and a step in the right direction. However some constructive criticism would be that the hoop needs to go all the way around (presumably a cost issue) and the Eric France font is pants. But overall it is showing that we are on an improvement journey darlings....

Can't say I'm overly keen on either. From the images it looks like a cheap knock off of what could've been classic shirt. Will have to see them in the flesh to make a judgement of whether to buy one or not.
