I agree completely with this, its great use of the media and as you say keeps interest. I am really enjoying the way they are getting the message out their and they deserve credit.

Would welcome all of them but Ewan Dowes isn't cracking there is far better out there; that would be a waste of a wage.

There's a release on Leeds site that Ali, is leaving and he goes on to say he wants to play SL next year.

Now, i truly hope we are in for him. As an impact second rower or prop in 20 minute spells there is none better.

One year would be ideal, 2nd if he produces form similar to that at Leeds over years.

Seems like a well liked player also.

He would raise the quality of our front row in comparison to Higgins, Korki (sorry) and the 2011 version of Hickey so get him in i think. We wont be in for the real top players so we need to be realistic as to who we will sign.

Dowes has simply suffered from a change in strategy at the club in my opinion. He is an intelligent, fit strong prop who shows he works hard and makes good decisions on the field.
What he isn't is a monster. He has been replaced by likes of Sam Moa and O'Meley

If we sign him I think he would do well but we need to balance it out with some size too.
Dowes, Johnson and Wilkes are not big props. We need Hickey to play to his size (and make some significant game time) and Korki at his best (or a suitable replacement if he is going). Size matters in this area of the team.
