As I posted on Monday, I sincerely hope that we behave with dignity and respect on Sunday and give a good account of ourselves; personally, I'l be appluding the Crusaders players on and off the pitch, regardless of the result.

Which is why I suggested it was sarcasm, and the lack of smiley things would have visiting fans thinking a totally disrespectful attitude.

I think that's fair enough mate - and I'm not against the club making some dosh from this t-shirt or the fans wanting to celebrate our success - but not on Sunday is the only point i want to make.

The Crusaders team are pulling on the shirt to play the toughest game in the world, and may not get paid for doing so, and according to reports haven't been paid what they are owed. Yet they are prepared to give it a go. For that they deserve our respect. I hope they get it.

I am repulsed by franchising and regret that the only way we can maintain the status and future of the club is to press to be part of an organisation I consider to be operating a corrupt system of decidng who plays in it's top league. I take no great joy in the decision of Tuesday, only relief. I think these T shirts are a bad idea. I hope we survive and outlive Super League and this disgrace that is franchising. well having been to all three grounds this year.... i'd say some of the gloating including the said 't-shirt' is a bit rich !!!! Crusaders unfortunately should 'never' have been in the league... however having been to both the Shay and Belle Vue this season a few bits of tin structure around the ground don't make it superleague standard.... Accept your 'luck' with grace.... You are in Halifax are out.... the matters closed unless the tin crumbles within a season.....
