Well he can say what he likes but he can't do it if he hasn't the money and as stated on here the aim is to be self funding.

The ground apparently costs 100k to rent and the temporary structures will cost an estimated 400k so that's 500k additional costs for 2012 straight up. I'm not being negative but that has to come from somewhere. If you know where I'm willing to listen.

I said all along that whatever league we are playing in Kear should go at the end of the season and I still think that will be the case.

I think it's continuing the positivity and momentum tbh! Kear is yet another obstacle in the way of our progression to top 4 material.

I can imagine the massive units in Winterstein and Leaeno could have been pretty formidable under an hungry coach.

Kear isn't very handy with speedy wingers and huge forwards. He'll fit in nice at Cas.

Today is a great day. JK as been fantastic for us . His postition over the last 2 years as been so difficult ! If he goes to Cas I wish him the best good luck to him. I would take Nobby like a shot if he does. Kear would go with my best wishes !

Think Nobby would do a good job with the amount of money he may have to spend,like he did at Crusaders.

Most, if not all, said that 3 years ago when I was mourning the loss of Elima.

this club owes john kear a massive debt of gratitude. i'd like him to stay at the club, maybe not in the coaching role, but to lose him would be a big blow.

to get the number of points we have (to date) this year is way in excess of my expectations at season kick off.

Can't we for once step outside of the box and find the next superstar Coach of the future instead of going for past it old hacks who have never had an original idea in their lives. If you think Kear is dull be prepared to be comotosed.

Kear has enough on his plate with Hickey to be welcoming old forwards back. Though the prospect of bringing Leaeno back to the mix really wets my appetite. If Kear does stay I wonder what he'll bring to the table.

Spot on. If Kear is to move on, and I think it's coming to that time, then I like the idea of bringing an Aussie over with a British number two. I think we need a clean sweep of the coaching set up with massive importance placed on getting a top notch conditioner in.

If Kear does go I hope he is shown the level of respect that he deserves for the massive contribution he has made to this club.

At this stage of the season the players dont need flogging in training (even after poor results) Its clear some are on last legs by game time. This is def a management flaw, know when to train em hard.

Why not have Noble as coach, Morrison as player/assistant coach, and keep Kear as head of football
